Photo Day Agreement & Release

By signing below, I (the Client/Parent/Guardian) agree to the following:

Payment

Full payment is due on or before photo day. No images will be edited or delivered until payment is received. Sales tax will be applied. Checks are not accepted.

Editing & Delivery

Only purchased images will be professionally edited in a style consistent with the Photographer’s portfolio. Enhanced retouching including advanced blemish removal may be available for an added fee.

Copyright & Personal Use

All images remain the property of the Photographer. Purchased images are for personal use only and may not be altered, resold, or used commercially.

Permission & Usage

I grant permission for my child(ren) to be photographed.  I understand that these images will be included in a shared online group gallery accessible to other team/group participants and may be used in promotional materials, including but not limited to brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and websites.

Session Policies

Clients agree to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in missed images. To keep sessions running smoothly, no personal photography is permitted in the shooting area.

Liability & Indemnification

The Client agrees to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the Photographer from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from the session, including but not limited to injury, uncooperative subjects, missed images, or circumstances beyond the Photographer’s control. In the unlikely event of image loss, liability is limited to a refund of that individual’s purchase.

No Refunds

All sales are final due to the custom nature of photography services and products.

I have read and agree to the terms above and confirm I am the parent/legal guardian of the child(ren) being photographed.
